President calls new judges to be incorruptible

President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has called on new judges of Supreme and High courts to be incorruptible.

The president said this during the swearing-in of the 12 new judges at Kamuzu palace Lilongwe.

Speaking after the ceremony Dr. Chakwera told the judges that they have taken the oath of office to uphold rule of law.

“To be a judge is to serve the people of Malawi at the table of justice,” Chakwera

The state president further said Judges should love peace and justice
