China urges Malawi to conserve wildlife
Republic of China has called upon Malawians to conserve wild life.
The remarks were made by Chinese Embassy Deputy Chief of mission and political counseling, Shiusheng Wang, during a press briefing in Lilongwe.
He said wild life is a precious resource endowed by nature and necessary condition for the survival and Development of mankind hence the need to be conserved.
“Poaching and illegal trade is resulting into decrease of wild life species,” Wang says
He said capturing and selling wildlife has caused great damage to ecological environment.
Wang then said China will continue to support Malawi Government in cracking down hard on illegal poaching and trade of wildlife.
