Cashgate affects Malawi’s international anti-corruption perception index
Anti Corruption Bureau ACB says cash gate scandals have negatively impacted the international anti-corruption perception index.
According to Director General of ACB, Justice Rezine Mzikamanda, Malawi went down from position 88 in 2012 to position 91 in 2013.
Mzikamanda however expressed optimism that the index will improve because the bureau has put in place various intervention measures.
