Education expert Lexon Ndalama has asked ministry of education to publish school rules and regulations so that students must be disciplined accordingly when they misbehave.
Ndalama said this following the current trend of secondary school students of vandalizing their schools whenever they had misunderstandings with school management.
In his speech the education activist has suggested that schools must have students’ councils so that they should collaborate with leadership of the school whenever they have issues.
He also said students are copying bad behaviour of other people in the society
