Mulanje Police hunt Assailants of Woman in Limbuli Tea Estate

Mulanje police is hunting for people who killed a woman Annie Lajab aged 36 by cutting her head in Limbuli Tea Estate where she was searching firewood

Public relations officer for Mulanje police Innocent Moses says the deceased went to the forest early in the morning of Wednesday but did not return home

This prompted the relatives to search for her hence discovering the dead body

Reports indicate that she was raped before the murder but doctors are yet to confirm through their postmortem

Meanwhile police are planning to take the body to the hospital to examine what exactly caused her death but the relatives are denying the postmortem
