Airtel, TNM Companies obtain Injunction against Mobile Money Agents Protests

Airtel and TNM companies have obtained injunction restraining their mobile money agents from holding demonstrations

Lawyers of the two mobile telecommunications companies made an application to High court on 13^th November

In his ruling judge Muhome ordered the agents not to hold the protests, demonstrations, vigils, sit-ins, vigils or otherwise to disrupt continuous provision of money services

Justice Muhome has warned the mobile money agents against disobeying this order
