Electoral Commission Suspends Again Mwansa Ward By-election

Malawi electoral commission has suspended again all activities for Mwansa ward by-election in Mangochi Municipality

The election was supposed to be held on 16^th November in Mwansa ward and Dedza Central Constituency

Chief Elections Officer Andrew Mpesi says the decision stems from recent events that marred integrity of preparatory electoral processes

Director Media public Relations Sangwani Mwafulirwa says polling for the by-election in Mwansa will be deferred to a date to be announced by the commission
