Economist declares interest to contest in 2025 Presidential elections

Economist Miliward Tobias has declared his interest to contest in 2025 Presidential elections under Nzika Coalition

Speaking during a media briefing Tobias said it is sad to note that Malawi remains the poorest country despite being a peaceful country

He promised to establish Mega farms, turn around the economy and end corruption

Tobias blamed poor leadership in the economic and debt crisis

Tobias is reported to be the close ally of vice president Dr Saulos Chilima
