BT DHO registers 90 percent success in Polio vaccine

Blantyre district health office says 90 percent of the targeted 231,068 under five children received polio vaccine from 13^th to 16^th October in the district.

According to chief preventive officer Penjani Chunda the fourth phase of polio vaccine is progressing well because a lot of parents are vaccinating children as compared to the previous phases.

He says Blantyre district health office is still conducting the campaign to reach a 100 percent target.
