Hilal Afrika to support Malawi in social-economic development

A Germany based charitable organization Hilal Afrika has pledged to support Malawians in various social and economic aspects of life

Speaking during interaction with people from remotest parts Makanjira in Mangochi Hilal Afrika chairperson Umut Turan said his organizations is ready to work in all parts of Malawi in order to change lives of poor and vulnerable citizens

Addressing the chiefs after distributing Qurban in Kantande village TA Lulanga in Mangochi Turan assured them that “Hilal Afrika will try to connect them with donors from Germany and commence development work in the area.”

In her remarks group village head woman Kantande thanked Hilal Afrika for distributing 90 cows and 60 goats to people in Makanjira for eid celebration

“This is good development because my subjects were finding it hard to get meat for eid celebration, thanks to Hilal Afrika. I appeal to the organisation to continue helping people in this area in order to rescue them from poverty,” Chief Kantande

Hilal Afrika is also implementing borehole drilling projects in Salima, Nkhotakota, Machinga, Balaka and championing projects in education as well as health
