NPC urges parliament to publicize Vision 2063

National Planning Commission NPC has urged members of parliament to publicize the Malawi vision 2063 in their constituencies

The remarks have been made by director general of NPC Thomas Munthali when the commission was handing over copies of the vision to parliament

Munthali said they saw it crucial to handover the document to parliament because the legislators understand the challenges which people in their areas face.

“Political parties must align their manifestos to vision 2063 so that it can be implemented and achieved,” Munthali

In her remarks speaker of parliament Catherine Gotani Hara said Members of parliament will champion the implementation of vision 2063 to achieve its goals

The Malawi Vision 2063 which was launched by President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is the successor of Malawi Vision 2020 which was initiated by the former president Dr Bakili Muluzi
