Court issues Chisale’s Warrant of Arrest
Blantyre magistrate court has issued a warrant of arrest for Norman Chisale the board guard of former president Peter Mutharika
According to the court document Chisale is charged with the offence of publication of false news likely to cause fear and alarm to the public
The court says Chisale without lawful excuse publicly on 21st December 2024 whilst at Bangwe desert ground in Blantyre district during Democratic Progressive Party political party.
Chisale allegedly challenged to mobilise people from Nsanje to Chitipa to rise against anyone who may attempt to arrest the former president Peter Mutharika
Blantyre magistrate court has order police to arrest Chisale and produce him before the court in execution of the warrant.
Days ago Chisale complained that intelligence officers were following him at Chichiri shopping centre.
