QMAM chair dies

QMAM has announced the death of its National Chairman, Alhaji Adam Mwale.

Making the announcement, QMAM Publicity Secretary Sheikh Jaafar Kawinga, said late Alhaji Mwale passed on Thursday evening at Mzimba district hospital after succumbing to malaria.

“QMAM has lost a great man who believed in contact and dialogue and promoted coexistence among Muslims and Malawians as a whole,” says Sheikh Kawinga

He then, appealed to all Muslims to put late Alhaji Mwale in prayers that Allah should forgive him for his shortfalls.

Alhajj Adam Mwale was before this appointment, Vice Chairman of QMAM and has served in this capacity for a number of years.
