Palestinian president to report Israel’s journalist murder to ICC

Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas has said the killing of Aljazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh will go to International Criminal Court ICC immediately

Speaking during a state funeral service at presidential palace in Ramallah, Abbas said Israel was fully responsible for the death of Akleh

Shireen was shot by Israeli forces when she covering the raiding of a refugee camp together with other journalists

The world has called for a probe on the shooting of Shireen and another journalist Ali al-Samoudi, on the back

The 51-year-old Palestinian-American native of Jerusalem reported from across occupied Palestinian territory and wider region.
