Ministry launches Health Club Sourcebook for Primary Schools

Ministry of education has launched a health club sourcebook for primary school

Speaking at the launch Principal Secretary for basic education Dr Rachel Chimbwete Phiri said the sourcebook has been developed to prevent partners in education sector from creating new materials which contain similar messages

Chimbwete Phiri cited nutrition, malaria prevention and hygiene as some of the eleven chapters contained in this sourcebook

She said is happy that the sourcebook has been incorporated in the curriculum and department has been established and staff deployed at every school
