Government Secures Consultant for LUANAR State of Art Buildings
Government has secured a consultation for the construction of state of art facilities at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources LUANAR
During 7th graduation of LUANAR President Lazarus Chakwera announced that the university will soon construct hostels to accommodate 1000 students
He added that no student should drop out of school because of fees adding that was pleased LUANAR is participating in mega farms program to end food insecurity
Chakwera advised the graduants to use the skills and knowledge acquired in dealing with agriculture challenges facing the nation
In his speech vice Chancellor of LUANAR Professor Emmanuel Kaunda says this year there are 2162 graduants and 33 percent of them are females which is a huge increase as compared to 15 percent in the past
He says through the Save project the university wants to hit 50 percent and have tightened quality assurance
