Government asks civil servants to contribute money for cyclone survivors

Government has appealed to civil servants to make financial contributions to support families affected by cyclone Freddy except those working in affected districts

Secretary for office of president and cabinet Colleen Zamba says the appeal is in the spirit of Tigwirane Manja initiative

According to Zamba all controlling officers should deliver the donations to district commissioners which will be channeled to department of disaster management affairs
