Four organisations ask government to increase funding to education sector

Four organizations namely Civil Society Education Coalition CSEC, Save the Children, Action Aid and Coalition for Child Rights have asked government to increase funding to education sector

Addressing reporters in Lilongwe CSEC executive director Benedicto Kondowe said national budget must benefit the poorest and marginalized

Kondowe asked government to provide free quality education to all Malawians

He said there is need to improve teachers’ working environment by constructing good houses for them
