DPP Expels Dausi

Democratic Progressive Party DPP has expelled Member of Parliament for Mwanza Central Nicholas Dausi

According to DPP the dismissal of Dausi follows a recommendation by disciplinary committee of the party which found him guilty of three misconducts

Signed by DPP spokesperson the party’s statement says Dausi ceases to be its Member of Parliament and publicity secretary

Recently Dausi attended a function for construction of a stadium in his constituency which was graced by Ministers of local government as well as water and sanitation but many people thought he had joined Malawi congress party

Few months ago he criticized the conduct of DPP’s national governing council meeting which was presided over by the party’s president Peter Mutharika.
