Vice President Justice Dr Jane Ansah has launched the first ever Public Sector Reforms Information Management Systems (PSRIMS) that will help to modernize public administration and strengthening accountability in service delivery
Speaking during the official launch of the PSRIMS Ansah says citizens have expressed dissatisfaction with government’s performance in delivering critical services across several sectors
Ansah has emphasised that the system will greatly assist in fixing broken systems in all government departments, ministries and agencies
“The system will allow citizens to appreciate the game-changing reforms their government is implementing, track progress and offer meaningful suggestions for improvement,” Ansah says
In his remarks the UNDP Deputy Country Representative Charles Chika has urged government to collectively implement the new system in order to improve service delivery across the country.
