Umodzi Party says ready to support Mutharika

Meanwhile, Umodzi Party (UP) officials say they are ready to support the newly elected president and his administration in order to develop the nation in the best possible way.

President of UP, Professor John Chisi, said this in an exclusive interview with Radio Islam.

Chisi said his party joined politics in order to develop the nation.

However, Chisi said the country will still have many parties as it is a democratic one.
