Truck driver of Kameza Round about accident fined

Chisenjere first grade magistrate court has ordered a truck driver Tiyakhulenji Chitseko to pay a fine of 600000 kwacha for causing death of a woman by reckless driving

Chitseko hit to death Tereza Paulo and injured 14 others at Kameza round about in Blantyre.

He was found guilty by the court seating at Chileka police station

During the trial Chitseko pleaded guilty therefore state prosecutor sub inspector Malithano asked the court to give a stiffer punishment because such cases are on the increase along the roads within Chileka

Passing sentence first grade magistrate George Chimombo fined Chitseko who hails from Imedi village Traditional Authority Mpama in Chiradzulu district
