Supreme council of Kenya Muslims SUPKEM has congratulated and thanked President Uhuru Kenyatta for momentarily pausing his speech in respect of Adhan during funeral service of Tanzania’s former president John Magufuli

National chairman Al-Hajj Hassan Ole Naado said Uhuru’s demonstration of utmost respect and knowledge of Muslim traditions by allowing completion of the call of Adhan by the Mu’adheen makes the SUPKEM leadership and Muslim community in Kenya proud and privileged to have him as their leader
