Muslims urged to use Ramadhan to purify hearts

Muslims in the country have been encouraged to use Ramadhan to clean their hearts.

Headmaster of Umal Al Farook Sheikh Abdul Noor Fundi was speaking during a get together organised by Mangochi Islamic Youth Movement.

“Muslims should follow Islamic principles and stop bad deeds in this holy month of Ramadhan,” Fundi said

Commenting vice chairperson for Mangochi Islamic youth movement Abudrasheed Ajussah said the gathering was held to remind the youth on the importance of Ramadhan.

“We targeted the youth as they are ambassadors of Islam therefore they should do good deeds to develop Islam,” Ajussah said.
