Ministry Advises Royal Families To Inform DC’s On Chiefs’ Sickness

Ministry of local government, unity and culture has noted that chiefs are not well supported when they fall sick

This is according to a letter from secretary of local government James Chiusiwa to all district commissioners

Chiusiwa says when the chief is sick is taken to any health facility by royal family without informing district commissioner

The ministry proposes that the royal family should inform the district commissioner in time and make arrangements to take them to a government hospital

Chiusiwa also says the director of health and social services should link up with the district commissioner for proper and decent treatment
