Malawi amends Control of Goods Regulations

Government has amended the first and second schedules of the control of goods (imports and exports) regulations 2020.

In a press release Ministry of Trade and Industry says the amendment includes addition of various products on the lists of regulated import and export goods.

Secretary for trade and industry Christina Zakeyo says some of the products that have been added include grain of any type, honey, sweets, beans, cane sugar and pigeon peas.
