Learning Poverty High in Malawi-CSEC
Civil Society Education Coalition CSEC has called on government to invest in Edu-Tech to address learning poverty which is high at 87 percent
Speaking during engagement meeting with members of parliament CSEC Board Chairperson Dr Limbani Nsapato suggested introduction of Edu-Tech in public schools and ensure proper transition of learners from Primary to tertially schools
Apart from that Nsapato has appealed for qualified teachers and adequate learning resources to reduce poverty among learners
In his remarks vice chairperson of parliamentary committee on education Ephraim Nayeja said they will make sure that budget allocation to education sector is appropriate to achieve Ed-Tech
