Islamic Exhibition Centre Opens in Malawi

As one way of doing dawa in a modern way, Light of Peace Islamic Information Bureau and International Education Research Academy have opened an exhibition place in Blantyre.

Speaking in an interview with Radio Islam, one of the officials at the exhibition centre Sheikh Mustahab Ayami says the place gives an opportunity to Malawians of all religions to know more about Islam.

He says the three organizations decided to reach people with Islamic information easily because some people had a number of misconceptions about Islam.

Ayami says people at the place also have a chance to use the internet and television to use and learn about how African Muslims contributed to the growth of Islam.
