Father in police custody for killing son over condolence money

Police in Chiradzulu district have arrested a father Chisomo Kangole 32 for murdering his 9 year old son to receive condolence money from his employer Easy Pack

The body of Takudzwa Kangole was discovered on 27^th August in a garden at Maloya Village TA Likoswe in Chiradzulu

A search operation was conducted after the boy failed to return home on 25^th August

Upon identification Kangole confessed to the crime revealing that he used his sharp knife to murder his son to receive three hundred thousand kwacha in condolence money from his employer Easy Pack

Chiradzulu police publicist Sergeant Cosmas Kagulo has confirmed the arrest and ongoing investigation.
