Court issues warrant of arrest of former director of public prosecutions

Lilongwe chief resident magistrate court has issued a warrant of arrest of former director of public prosecutions Steve Kayuni

In a notice to ACB director the court says Kayuni is suspected of having committed the offense of misuse of public office on 11^th June 2021 while in transit to Kenya.

Kayuni was fired by the president over the arrest of director of ant corruption bureau ACB

Chakwera dismissed Kayuni after the commission of inquiry on the arrest of ACB director called on the president to take action on him and Chizuma
