Commission of Inquiry on Plane Crash appointed

Newly appointed members of commission of inquiry into the plane crash have been sworn in at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe

The commission is chaired by judge Jabar Alide and comprises chiefs, activists, legal experts and religious leaders among others

Speaking at the event President Lazarus Chakwera said the delay in instituting the commission is because was taking his time to put together the right team for the task.

Secretary to President and Cabinet Colleen Zamba says the 19 member commission is expected to submit the report to President at the end of November
