Malawi Law Society MLS has advised government to follow all necessary processes when recruiting new director general of Anti-Corruption Bureau ACB.
This has come following Public advertisement of the position of ACB boss by ministry of Justice.
Reacting to the development, MLS Secretary General Francis Mmame has commended the ministry for the move as the office has been operating without director general for a year and months.
Mmame said as MLS they are remaining hopeful that every succeeding step will be conducted with equal fidelity with what the law says when recruiting director for ACB
