Taqwa Taalim Muslim Sisters donate to180 families in three masjids

Taqwa Taalim Muslim Sisters Organisation has donated assorted items that include Islamic clothing, shoes, blankets and soap to 180 families under three masjids in Lilongwe

Speaking during the presentation of the items at a two day Dawah event at Mwala Wa Mtondo Masjid chairlady of the Organisation Rabia Rajab encouraged women to wear hijab as per Islamic teaching

Rajab said Muslim women should follow Islamic teachings and foster the spirit of giving to the needy

Secretary for Mwala wa Mtondo Masjid Abiti Lifa expressed appreciation to the donation from Taqwa Taalim Muslim Sisters Organisation because will motivate Muslim women to embrace Islamic clothing and values

Meanwhile Hawa Hassan a trustee of the organisation called on others to support their initiative which aims at assisting the needy, reverts among other Muslims

Hassan revealed that Taqwa Taalim Muslim Sisters Organisation plans to hold Dawah in Dedza district in September.
