MCP challenges political parties to elect Chakwera’s strong competitors

Malawi Congress Party MCP publicity secretary Dr Jessie Kabwira has challenged other political parties to elect the cream of their candidates who will compete well with Lazarus Chakwera in next year’s elections

Speaking during a news conference Kabwira expressed confidence in the victory of Chakwera and MCP in 2025 general elections

She says the achievements that Chakwera has made will prompt Malawians to vote for current government again

Chakwera was elected unopposed at MCP convention which was held in August 2024 in Lilongwe
