Malawi’s Research and Training centre launched

President Lazarus Chakwera says is optimistic that Clinical Research Excellence and Training Open Source (Creator) Building at Liverpool Welcome Trust will deal with fake things which are dumped in this country.

Speaking during the opening of the creator building in Blantyre Chakwera said government is there to protect its people from any harm from the things which are imported into Malawi

Chakwera said the research which will be done at that centre will help the country to realize its development agenda

Minister of education Madalitso kambauwa willima was also present at the launch and had this to say

In his speech Professor Henry N’gwembemba of Malawi Liverpool Welcome Trust said the CREATOR building will help Malawi in delivering expert care in hospitals and research on health issues

He said the creator building is like a university to train specialists and has a 24/7 library where people will study to become experts

Kamuzu College of Health Sciences (Kuhes) Vice Chancellor MacPherson Mallewa says the facility will also help to address some of the medical problems in the country besides training students.
