Judiciary Recommends Technology in Justice Delivery

Malawi Law Society MLS says utilizing technology in judicial system will enhance administration of justice in the country

Speaking during the Malawi bench bar symposium president of MLS Patrick Mpaka said it will eliminate obstacles that contribute to unnecessary adjournments of court cases

Mpaka called for collaborative efforts to uphold principles of justice and equality within legal system in turn promoting social and economic development

Attorney general Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda commended MLS for fostering discipline within legal fraternity

Meanwhile chief justice Rezine Mzikamanda urged law experts to have clear understanding of their roles to deliver justice properly
