Government hires former attorney general in ACB director interdiction case
Government has hired former attorney general Kalekeni Kaphale to represent it in a case against Ant Corruption Bureau ACB director Martha Chizuma
This has happened after Malawi Law Society obtained court injunction suspending the interdiction of Chizuma
Meanwhile, government has also hired another lawyer Chancy Gondwe to help in the interdiction case
The ACB director was interdicted by secretary to office of president and Cabinet Colleen Zamba over leaked audio conversation but legal experts spoke against the interdiction
Chizuma was arrested by police and is answering charges at a court in Lilongwe
