Police officers to answer murder charge-court

High court Judge Chifundo Kachale has found ten police officers including Commissioner Evalista Mvula Chisale with a case to answer on the murder of Buleya Lule

Lule died in February 2019 while in police custody as he was accused of murdering a boy with albinism

Kachale has however acquitted three police officers Ronnex Kapesa, Robert Chaka and Derreck Mswati from all charges

Apart from murder the suspects are also answering charges of causing grievous bodily harm
