Radio Islam listeners Assist Mangochi District Hospital

Radio Islam Listeners Association has cleaned Mangochi district hospital and given gifts to patients.

Speaking to Radio Islam after the assistance Infection prevention control coordinator for Mangochi Lucia Jonus applauded the association for promoting hygiene and sanitation in the district.

Jonus said hygiene is a preventive measure of various diseases hence healthy lives.

“We ask the community to observe precautionary measures during this rainy season as infections are easily spread,” said Jonus

Commenting, member of Radio Islam Listeners association Zainab Chuma said the group realized the need to clean Mangochi district hospital and assist the patients as it provides health services to communities.
