Radio Islam installs New Transmitter in Mangochi
People at Mangochi Boma who have been waiting for some years to get hold to Radio Islam programs can now acquire such information as the new transmitter has been successfully installed.
This has been revealed by Radio Islam station manager Ali Blessings Idi who said from today Saturday 4th January 2025 Mangochi Radio Islam listeners can access the station by tuning in on 90.8 Mhz.
According to Idi, Mangochi Radio Islam listeners have been asking management to re-install the machine after years of failing to listen to its programs.
He says the re-farming exercise by Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority MACRA affected most radio stations which had their transmitters installed at Maldeco as they were asked to shift.
Idi adds that Radio Islam will be installing new transmitters in some parts of the country in order to serve its listeners better.
