Parliament passes micro small and medium enterprise bill

Parliament has passed the micro small and medium enterprise bill which seeks to provide a conducive business environment among entrepreneurs

Speaking in national assembly minister of trade and industry Sosten Gwengwe said once enacted into law small and medium enterprise department institute will become small medium enterprise cooperation SMECO.

Gwengwe said the bill will give more powers to the institution to be providing financial services and assisting SME’s to be recognised by government for easy access to business opportunities
