Old Mutual donates to Parliament for SADC conference
Old Mutual has donated 250 golf shirts amounting to 3 million 750, 000 kwacha to Malawi Parliament for the hosting of SADC Parliamentary forum conference from 7th to 16th July
Speaking during the handover ceremony Old Mutual Life Assurance Company Managing director Roy Punungwe said the forum is a crucial program to end poverty and improve people’s financial wellbeing.
Punungwe commended Malawi for successfully leading SADC since assuming its chairmanship in August last year
In her remarks clerk of parliament Fiona Kalemba thanked Old Mutual for the donation saying it has come at a right time as members of parliament will be having plenary assembly soon
