Muslim women donate to vulnerable in Ntcheu

The group of Muslim women from five districts in the eastern region has donated assorted items to the elderly, orphans and people with disabilities in Ntcheu district worth about K100, 000.

The women come from Zomba, Ntcheu, Mangochi, Machinga
and Balaka.

Chairlady for Muslim Sisters Youth Organization Sister Jamirah Shalif said the donation is part of Eid Al-Adhuha celebration.

“The objective of our grouping is to assist vulnerable people apart from paying fees for girls,” Shalif said.

in her remarks one of the recipients thanked Muslim Sisters Youth Organization eastern region chapter for the donation.
