MCCCI needs innovative Malawian investors
Malawi Confederations of Chambers of Commerce (MCCCI) has called on Malawian investors to be innovative to compete on the international market.
The call was made during a press briefing in Blantyre ahead of this year’s International Trade fair where business entities showcase their exhibitions and network with patrons as well as other participants.
Speaking to the media, Chief Operations Officer for MCCCI, Chimwemwe Luhanga, said Malawi’s international market has been dwindling due to limited innovations, high transport cost and other burdens to enterprises.
“Global trade integration agenda focuses on removing the barriers to trade hence the need to be innovative to meet international market standards,” said Luhanga.
