Global Fund launches website in Malawi

Global Fund’s Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) has launched a website to ease access of information about its programs in Malawi.

Speaking after the launch vice Chairperson of (CCM) Maziko Matemba said “the website will help in eradicating diseases like HIV and Tuberculosis since people will know more about them.”

Matemba commended Global Fund for allocating over 500 million dollars for HIV, Tuberculosis and Malaria fight in Malawi.

In his remarks, UNAIDS Acting Country Director, Nuha Ceesay asked government and stakeholders to use the resources for the intended purpose in order to curb the 3 diseases.
