Former president Dr Joyce Banda says Malawi needs people-centred leadership to deal with challenges affecting citizens

Banda who is also president of People’s Party said this during a rally held at Nanyumbu Primary School in Machinga district

She said leaders need to combine politics and development but stop enticing people with t-shirts in exchange of votes instead of tackling main issues affecting lives
