Court orders Sherriff of Malawi to seize Mbele’s Property

High Court in Blantyre has ordered sheriff of Malawi to seize and sell assets of Chisa Mbele for failing to pay back over 42 million kwacha he obtained from a certain woman for a failed land deal

The woman Regina Mbowera dragged Mbele to court after he failed to give her the land which they had agreed

Mbowera obtained a judgment on 16^th May, 2024 that Mbele do not recover the money being the outstanding balance on the judgment debt as per the order of the court

Registrar of the court says the sheriff of Malawi should sell goods and chattels of Mbele and pay the money to Mbowera
