Court orders government to reintroduce Wandale on payroll

Industrial relations court has ordered government to reintroduce on payroll with half pay leader of peoples land organization Vincent Wandale

Assistant registrar of the court Haward Pemba says Wandale should also be paid his salary arrears within 30 days from the date of being reintroduced on payroll

Pemba says other processes of retiring the applicant based on medical grounds should proceed and completed within 90 days.

“If nothing happens after expiry of the said 90 days the matter shall come back before this court for hearing,” says Pemba

He says the Ministry of agriculture should comply with regulations relating to retirement of an employee based on medical grounds.
