CONGOMA solicits views for Vision 2063

Council for Non Governmental Organizations in Malawi (CONGOMA) has solicited views to include in vision 2063 which replaces vision 2020.

Speaking during a Civil Society Organizations Conference on National Envisioning Programs Manager for CONGOMA, Simekinar Kaluzi said they decided to collect the views after noting that Malawi failed to achieve goals of vision 2020.

“We want Vision 2063 to meet its objectives and benefit Malawians,” Kaluzi said

In his remarks, Director General of National Planning Commission (NPC), Dr Thomas Munthali, said Malawians should have positive mindsets to achieve goals of vision 2063

Vision 2020 was initiated by the first democratic president of Malawi Dr Bakili Muluzi in the year 2000.
