Chakwera orders ADMARC to deliver Maize in its Depots

President Lazarus Chakwera has ordered ADMARC to deliver maize in its branches

President Chakwera has made the directive at Sorgin in Nsanje district following a complaint from chief Chimombo to government to rescue his people from hunger crisis

Chakwera also ordered Department of Disaster Management Affairs to assist all people who are facing hunger

He expressed hope that hunger crisis in Nsanje and Chikwawa will be curbed because Shire Valley Transformation will commence its work soon.

Chakwera toured a cattle ranch in Chikwawa, commissioned MAREP 9, held meetings with education authorities as well as business personnel from Nsanje and Chikwawa districts.
